Return Policy

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days. All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging.
  • Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings.
  • If you have damaged your items or they show signed of wear, we cannot accept a return.
  • The return postage is the responsibility of the customer (We recommend using trackable service)
  • If your order is returned within a timeframe of more than 14 days we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.
  • All sale item purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
